[00:00:01] So after noon I preach you the Word of God as it is summarized and confessed by the Church in the Heiterberg Categism
[00:00:09] In the first Lord's Day, Lord's Day 1, you can find the words to the Categism, it's in the Book of Praise
[00:00:17] And it's on page 517 if you'd like to read along
[00:00:23] Perhaps one of the perhaps the most well-known portion of the confessions of the Church, Lord's Day 1
[00:00:35] Here the Church confesses, what is your only comfort in life and death?
[00:00:42] That I am not my own but belong with body and soul both in life and in death to my faithful Savior Jesus Christ
[00:00:51] He has fully paid for all my sins with his precious blood and has set me free from all the power of the devil
[00:00:59] He also preserves me in such a way that without the will of my heavenly Father, not a hare can fall from my head
[00:01:08] Indeed all things must work together for my salvation
[00:01:13] Therefore by his Holy Spirit he also assures me of eternal life
[00:01:19] And makes me heartily willing and ready from now on to live for him
[00:01:24] What do you need to know in order to live and die in the joy of this comfort?
[00:01:30] First, how great my sins and misery are
[00:01:34] Second, how I am delivered from all my sins and misery
[00:01:38] Third, how I am to be thankful to God for such deliverance
[00:01:47] Love a Church of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ
[00:01:50] We read the confession Lord's Day
[00:01:54] One picture comes to our mind
[00:01:57] And if you are a child here today, if you are a parent or a grandparents
[00:02:01] You can easily picture the illustration that we will be thinking about this afternoon
[00:02:08] If you are a child maybe you have felt very scared about something at some point
[00:02:15] Or very worried about something and if you are a young child what do you do
[00:02:20] And you are very scared or very worried
[00:02:23] You run to your mummy or to your daddy for comfort
[00:02:27] Don't you like to be near them to feel their embrace to sit in their lap
[00:02:32] To hear them comfort you
[00:02:35] Well Lord's Day one tells us that we can do the same thing with God
[00:02:40] Our Heavenly Father throughout our life
[00:02:44] Although God doesn't have a lap that we can sit in
[00:02:49] We can't feel the touch of His hug like we can of our parents or loved ones
[00:02:55] We can still hear the words of comfort that He speaks to us
[00:03:00] When we are feeling anxious, Philippians says
[00:03:05] Let your requests be made known to the Lord pray to the Lord
[00:03:12] And Psalm 56 stands a three and it is in one of those songs
[00:03:17] And a lot of our children are listening to it says when I am afraid
[00:03:21] I will trust in you, Psalm 56 stands a three
[00:03:27] And we are feeling anxious we are reminded that we belong to Him
[00:03:32] That He will preserve us
[00:03:35] His words are comforting, they are strengthening
[00:03:39] They give us peace in our hearts and minds that surpass all
[00:03:43] Understanding we read in Philippians so that we can get back on our feet
[00:03:48] Again when Lord's Day one of the Heide of Rukhagagas
[00:03:52] And we confess that the embrace of the God of all comfort is sufficient
[00:03:59] To take away our anxiety
[00:04:03] An anxiety is when we feel worried about the consequences of something that we or someone we love
[00:04:12] Have has done
[00:04:14] It's that feeling of being overwhelmed by responsibilities that seem beyond our capabilities
[00:04:22] Or uneasy about what the future will bring
[00:04:26] If you read up on anxiety you can find out that it leads to an increased heart rate
[00:04:32] That makes us feel tense and restless
[00:04:36] Although little doses of anxiety can stimulate us to action when that anxiety
[00:04:43] When that uneasiness and worried and that increased heart rate
[00:04:47] When it doesn't go away it can be very paralyzed
[00:04:51] And the ability creates thoughts, spirals that cloud our vision of the truth
[00:04:58] As you hear those descriptions and ask
[00:05:02] Do you experience anxiety and you look around
[00:05:07] You know that everybody experiences anxiety to some degree
[00:05:12] We could think of a lot of examples
[00:05:15] For performance anxiety that's caused by real or imagined high expectations
[00:05:21] When we have to go do something we really feel it
[00:05:24] This anxiety arising from regret
[00:05:27] Over things that we have done said that we wish we hadn't
[00:05:32] There's phone anxiety that comes from being on call
[00:05:38] 24 hours a day that expectation that you respond to every text you get within a minute
[00:05:44] There's anxiety that comes from time wasting habits
[00:05:48] And we realize what we haven't done
[00:05:51] There's anxiety from toxic comparisons
[00:05:55] And the fear of messing out
[00:05:57] We look around, we think everybody else has more better
[00:06:00] We wish we had that creates an anxiety
[00:06:03] There's identity and anxiety from feeling like we don't fit into
[00:06:07] To normal society, normal in quotation marks
[00:06:11] There's anxiety caused by the fear of change
[00:06:15] And the threat of loss and anxiety that accompanied the sorrow of losing a loved one
[00:06:23] The good news that I proclaim to you today is that the Bible has a message of hope
[00:06:29] And comfort for us in our anxiety
[00:06:32] In our disappointments with ourselves
[00:06:36] In our fears of not being good enough for others in our grieving
[00:06:40] Over love and opportunities lost
[00:06:43] And in our exhaustion in the struggle
[00:06:46] God has not left us as orphans
[00:06:50] And in our anxiety we can run to our God who is our only comfort in life and death
[00:06:57] And I preach to you this gospel under the theme that the triunt God replaces
[00:07:03] Our anxiety with the comfort of his embrace
[00:07:06] We'll see that he sees us as we are
[00:07:09] He sets us free from the devil and he stands us back on our feet
[00:07:14] The secular world view
[00:07:20] Among the movers and shakers in our society
[00:07:23] Has caused a lot of anxiety
[00:07:26] That's so prevalent in our culture
[00:07:28] And if we look at it, we see what kinds of things
[00:07:32] Cause anxiety in our own life
[00:07:34] We're told that our destiny is in our own hands
[00:07:38] That we can be whatever we want to be
[00:07:41] That being happy is the most important thing
[00:07:45] And all these things can be very inspiring and motivational
[00:07:48] Often here at a grad ceremonies
[00:07:51] But then when we pursue these goals
[00:07:54] The pressure of unrealistic expectations that are placed on our shoulders
[00:08:00] We find it's more than we can handle
[00:08:02] And every failure and every mistake and every setback
[00:08:07] Causes us more anxiety
[00:08:10] It's because we're running after the wrong things
[00:08:13] That the world promised to be good
[00:08:15] They tell us that we need to be true to ourselves
[00:08:20] Not let our identity be shaped by outward expectations
[00:08:26] Whether they be biology or culture
[00:08:29] And then we find out that ourselves
[00:08:32] Aren't that great in the facts of reality
[00:08:36] Make it impossible to fulfill our dreams
[00:08:40] Alongside that secular world view
[00:08:45] Many false teachings in the history of the Christian Church
[00:08:49] Can also be pointed to explain the anxiety we often feel
[00:08:54] When so-called Christian leaders
[00:08:57] Teach us that we need to earn our way into heaven
[00:09:01] Through a sufficient number of good works
[00:09:04] But when they teach that perseverance in salvation
[00:09:09] Is a personal choice
[00:09:12] They place that the weight of these conditions
[00:09:15] That no human being could ever meet before a holy God
[00:09:19] Both our secular culture
[00:09:23] And any church that teaches salvation by works
[00:09:26] Give the same message
[00:09:28] Your happiness depends on what you can do
[00:09:34] It's no wonder that so many people are struggling with anxiety
[00:09:40] You know why these optimistic humanistic promises
[00:09:48] Of happiness apart from God's grace
[00:09:51] Because such anxiety
[00:09:53] Because the promises we find are not in line with reality
[00:09:58] These expectations are not realistic
[00:10:02] In our fallen and cursed world
[00:10:05] The world is filled with evil people
[00:10:09] With violence, with lies, with betrayal
[00:10:12] And hatred
[00:10:13] Other people make bad choices
[00:10:16] That can greatly affect our lives
[00:10:19] We make bad choices
[00:10:21] And do harmful things that cause us to stumble
[00:10:26] And fall
[00:10:28] Material wealth
[00:10:30] Does not bring happiness that peace
[00:10:33] That so many are looking for
[00:10:35] Friends, drift apart, loved ones die
[00:10:39] We are not emotionally resilient
[00:10:42] We cannot accomplish what we want
[00:10:45] We get tired, injured, overwhelmed
[00:10:48] And then usually at some point in our lives
[00:10:51] We all try to just accept the things we cannot change
[00:10:55] Who we are and who we have in our lives
[00:11:00] We try live with it
[00:11:02] You might take note of the many parts of the dream
[00:11:05] That we still have with us
[00:11:07] And then say sorry to ourselves
[00:11:09] And the world for our failures
[00:11:11] And then kind of bow out of the race
[00:11:16] But even though accepting the things that we cannot change
[00:11:20] Is the first part of the famous serenity
[00:11:23] Prayer, serenity means peace
[00:11:26] Will not bring us comfort
[00:11:29] As long as I believe that I am still responsible for my future
[00:11:35] You might accept that you are a sinner
[00:11:39] But if we are okay with that
[00:11:42] And we remain in this grave danger on judgment day
[00:11:47] My sins are the cause of my misery
[00:11:52] There is nothing I can do about those sins in my own strength
[00:11:56] And we see that we can confess them
[00:11:58] We can regret them, we can take responsibility for them
[00:12:01] We can try not to do them again
[00:12:03] But at the end of the day
[00:12:05] We know we will answer to a holy God
[00:12:08] For everything we have done
[00:12:13] And we see we can't do anything to find comfort
[00:12:16] Can we see how great our sins are
[00:12:20] You see how great the misery is
[00:12:24] And as ironic as it may seem
[00:12:27] The good news is that we need to know our sins and misery
[00:12:33] Before we can experience comfort
[00:12:36] Before anything else we need to know that we cannot
[00:12:41] Achieve peace with God and our neighbor in our own strength
[00:12:45] By doing the right things or the right number of right things
[00:12:51] As we need to get through the denial
[00:12:54] To the point of accepting who we are to reach serenity
[00:12:58] But then we also have to confess
[00:13:01] Who we are is not okay and never can be
[00:13:05] To the Lord touches our lives
[00:13:08] To He takes us into Himself
[00:13:12] And when we come to see that we are dependent sinners
[00:13:16] You can do nothing to earn our salvation
[00:13:19] When you get to that point
[00:13:21] You're simply catching up
[00:13:23] To what God has told the world in his word
[00:13:26] From the very beginning
[00:13:28] He already knows who you are
[00:13:31] He already knows that you cannot earn your way
[00:13:35] To salvation because he is far too holy for that
[00:13:38] He knows that you are conceived and born and sin
[00:13:42] He knows that you have a sinful nature
[00:13:45] That you cannot escape from
[00:13:47] He knows that no single person can control his own life
[00:13:51] That no one can achieve true comfort in this life
[00:13:54] By making the right choices
[00:13:57] And then he tells us the truly good news
[00:14:01] Your peace
[00:14:04] Your comfort, your salvation
[00:14:06] Does not depend on what you can do
[00:14:10] The good news is that God never left it up
[00:14:13] To fallen human beings to achieve comfort
[00:14:17] By the things that they do their own choices
[00:14:21] God isn't like the people around you
[00:14:26] Who put all sorts of pressure on you to reach their standard of success
[00:14:31] But he comes and he announces that he has done everything for us
[00:14:36] Everything is in Christ Jesus
[00:14:41] And so we become to some of the most important words
[00:14:45] We will ever hear in our lives
[00:14:49] You are not your own
[00:14:52] But you belong with body and soul
[00:14:56] Both in life and in death
[00:14:58] To your faithful savior Jesus Christ
[00:15:01] He takes you to himself
[00:15:04] He brings you along with him
[00:15:07] He knows who you are
[00:15:09] Yet he holds you in his hands
[00:15:11] And gives you everything you need to live with him forever
[00:15:16] He sets you free from the devil
[00:15:21] The devil wants you to be anxious
[00:15:27] And restless and overwhelmed
[00:15:30] Intense and worried
[00:15:33] It's hard to be content and to be joyful
[00:15:37] When we are anxious
[00:15:39] It's hard to be kind and loving when we're stressed out
[00:15:43] It's hard to recognize God's favor and blessings
[00:15:48] When we are mourning the loss of loved ones
[00:15:50] Or suffering and unhappy circumstances
[00:15:55] Here are a person listening today
[00:15:57] Who doesn't know the Lord
[00:15:59] The devil is trying to keep you from seeing God
[00:16:03] By mocking God and by mocking His word
[00:16:06] He's behind that secular teaching
[00:16:10] That you can control your own life
[00:16:13] And he wants that message to be out there
[00:16:15] So that he can keep you in his power
[00:16:20] He likes it when people think they can achieve comfort
[00:16:24] By being true to themselves
[00:16:27] By determining their own identity
[00:16:30] Based on the things they love to do
[00:16:32] He likes it when people remain in their own
[00:16:37] Thought spiral, ignoring God
[00:16:40] Or growing to hate his intimate knowledge of who we are
[00:16:46] If you are blessed to know the Lord
[00:16:50] The devil is working too to undermine your faith
[00:16:55] You want to see the fear God's judgment
[00:16:58] Judge, he wants you to constantly worry about your sins
[00:17:02] So that you're afraid of death
[00:17:05] To feel guilty
[00:17:06] Judge condemned
[00:17:09] Our battle is not just against flesh and blood
[00:17:14] But also against the devil
[00:17:16] When we feel that pressure
[00:17:18] What do we do?
[00:17:19] We confess that we run to our heavenly father
[00:17:23] We run to him to the lap to his arms to his words
[00:17:28] And then we hear his promise
[00:17:31] The sins that we have committed
[00:17:34] The sins that the devil, the evil one, is using
[00:17:38] As the basis for his accusations against
[00:17:42] God's people and his church, those sins
[00:17:44] Are fully paid for by the precious blood of the son of God
[00:17:48] To whom we belong with body and soul
[00:17:51] Both in this life and in the life to come
[00:17:54] Christ work
[00:17:57] Give an answer to all the anxious concerns
[00:18:01] That the devil stirs up in our minds
[00:18:03] And is attempt to enslave us
[00:18:06] Are you uneasy
[00:18:10] About meeting the Holy God and judgment day
[00:18:13] Because you are not sure that he can love someone like you
[00:18:18] For the gospel is that God knew very well
[00:18:24] That we were sinners
[00:18:25] When he sent his son in his everlasting love for us
[00:18:30] Of miragrees
[00:18:33] Are you worried?
[00:18:35] That you're not good enough to be a child of God
[00:18:39] You belong to Christ
[00:18:41] You belong to Christ
[00:18:43] Body
[00:18:44] You share in his righteousness
[00:18:47] Which God places on you
[00:18:49] And as adopted children of God
[00:18:51] Treated in the same way that he treats Jesus
[00:18:54] His own son
[00:18:56] See where you are
[00:18:58] Are you anxious about what will happen to you after you die
[00:19:03] As a result of the sins you've committed in the past
[00:19:07] And cannot stop committing now
[00:19:10] Christ more the punishment that we deserve for those sins
[00:19:15] The Lord your God even calls you a new creature in his sight
[00:19:22] Not the picture that the devil is giving
[00:19:26] Maybe to yourself or your own conscious
[00:19:28] But a new creature
[00:19:30] Belonging to Jesus Christ
[00:19:34] And as believers we turn to that big picture
[00:19:37] The reality
[00:19:39] When we are feeling anxious about our feelings
[00:19:44] Everything the matters
[00:19:47] Has been taken care of
[00:19:49] Purely because God loves us
[00:19:53] So like an injured or crying
[00:19:58] Or scared
[00:20:00] Or uncertain or frustrated child
[00:20:02] Receives comfort from
[00:20:04] Mom and daughter
[00:20:06] So our God holds us
[00:20:09] And assures us
[00:20:11] That although it is all very hard
[00:20:14] It will be okay
[00:20:18] The lies the devil tries to use to hold us captive
[00:20:22] Are not true
[00:20:24] True joy
[00:20:26] And peace do not depend on us
[00:20:29] In his love God has saved us from condemnation
[00:20:33] We have eternal life already today
[00:20:36] So he sets us back on our feet again
[00:20:40] So that we can continue and face the next day
[00:20:43] He stands you back on your feet
[00:20:45] And you can see the development
[00:20:48] And if you've ever seen another parent or a grandparent
[00:20:52] Comforting a child and you look over
[00:20:55] And you see the child and the arms of the parent
[00:20:58] Or grandparent
[00:20:59] You know the child is being comforted
[00:21:02] And then when you see the child get up
[00:21:04] From mommy or daddy's lap
[00:21:06] And run off and play again
[00:21:07] You go, a kid is going to be okay
[00:21:09] It's going to be okay
[00:21:11] Because comforting someone
[00:21:13] Give them strength
[00:21:15] Comforting is
[00:21:17] Restores people
[00:21:18] It is redemptive
[00:21:20] When God comforts us
[00:21:22] He restores us back
[00:21:23] To what we have been created to do
[00:21:26] He makes us see again
[00:21:28] He's going to be a great man
[00:21:31] He doesn't just bring the gospel to us
[00:21:34] But he puts us in the gospel
[00:21:37] In our place, in our place, in the embrace of his grace
[00:21:41] When we are comforted
[00:21:44] We are feeling his hand holding us
[00:21:47] We experience his nearness to us
[00:21:50] We see his power within us
[00:21:54] You see that the outcome
[00:21:58] Of this world that we so often worry about
[00:22:02] But the well being of our loved ones
[00:22:05] Our own futures
[00:22:07] Are not things that we can control
[00:22:09] But they are in the hands of a sovereign good
[00:22:12] Wise and almighty Father who loves us
[00:22:16] The promise that the Lord makes to everyone
[00:22:20] Who belongs to Christ as members of his church
[00:22:23] Is that we will preserve us in such a way
[00:22:26] That without his will, without the will
[00:22:28] Of our Heavenly Father, not a hair
[00:22:30] Can fall from our heads
[00:22:32] The Lord sets us back
[00:22:34] And our feet again
[00:22:35] Even in the midst of tragedy
[00:22:37] And tears
[00:22:38] Assuring us
[00:22:39] And not some things
[00:22:40] But that in all things
[00:22:44] Is drawing us closer to him
[00:22:46] In a relationship that will never end
[00:22:49] When we say all things
[00:22:51] We mean good things and bad things
[00:22:53] Happy times and sad times
[00:22:56] Life and death
[00:22:58] Failure and success
[00:22:59] Sin and holiness
[00:23:01] Our sovereign God is above all those things
[00:23:04] That we are unable to control
[00:23:06] So understand what the Holy Spirit means
[00:23:10] And he says, do not be anxious about anything
[00:23:14] Do not be alarmed by wickedness
[00:23:16] Do not believe the lies and the false claims of those
[00:23:19] Who do not have faith
[00:23:20] Stand up in the power of God
[00:23:23] Trust that he will preserve you in his will
[00:23:25] By his grace in his love for the sake
[00:23:28] Of his son Jesus Christ
[00:23:30] To whom you belong
[00:23:32] And that replaces that paralyzing anxiety
[00:23:39] If the third thing we need to know is
[00:23:45] How we are to be thankful
[00:23:47] To God for such deliverance
[00:23:56] Thankfulness
[00:23:57] And anxiety
[00:23:59] They don't go together
[00:24:02] Anxiety is
[00:24:07] Wanting something you don't quite have
[00:24:09] And wondering how you're getting
[00:24:11] Thankfulness is
[00:24:13] Receiving what you have been given
[00:24:16] We have something already
[00:24:18] We don't need to get all anxious about trying
[00:24:21] To earn it
[00:24:23] Children in a family don't need to try to become children
[00:24:26] By doing the right things
[00:24:29] They can spend their time enjoying
[00:24:32] Their status of being children
[00:24:35] Someone buys you a car as a gift
[00:24:38] You don't need to keep working and being anxious
[00:24:40] To try to get a car
[00:24:42] Any more imagining what it would be like
[00:24:43] Not to have it and how it's going to work
[00:24:45] But you have it
[00:24:47] You can enjoy using that car
[00:24:50] Since God announces that he has obtained
[00:24:54] Salvation
[00:24:56] Eternal life for everyone who believes in him
[00:24:59] We don't need to spend our lives trying to get it
[00:25:03] We can enjoy fellowship that we have with God
[00:25:08] Instead of anxious
[00:25:10] He's talking about what we need to do
[00:25:12] Or what we should do
[00:25:14] Or what we have to earn
[00:25:19] We can talk about what we already have
[00:25:22] Now we can best enjoy it
[00:25:25] If you think about it
[00:25:27] When you go to someone who is dealing with
[00:25:29] anxiety or sorrow or fear
[00:25:31] Grief
[00:25:33] Isn't that how we talk
[00:25:34] Then we point to what we have
[00:25:37] We point out
[00:25:41] The good that God has given to us
[00:25:44] Even in the midst of the sorrow
[00:25:47] We need to be strengthened
[00:25:51] Very regularly
[00:25:53] As long as we are alive in this fall and world
[00:25:57] And we are surrounded by distractions
[00:25:59] And temptations in anxiety
[00:26:01] Will always be a part of our lives
[00:26:04] Until our Lord returns in glory
[00:26:06] And the spiritual battle comes to an end
[00:26:09] Children who know and believe that their parents
[00:26:13] Are able to help them
[00:26:15] They keep on running back to them
[00:26:17] For comfort
[00:26:19] It's like the solst, David knew a lot
[00:26:21] But he kept running back to the Lord
[00:26:23] Crying out to him
[00:26:25] If we take our task as parents
[00:26:28] And faithful Christians in this hostile world
[00:26:31] Seriously
[00:26:32] Our love for the people we are responsible for
[00:26:35] To care for will make us concerned
[00:26:37] About how well we are doing our job
[00:26:40] As spiritual guides and about every choice
[00:26:43] And every decision that they make in their lives
[00:26:46] Anyone who has grown to depend on another person
[00:26:50] For their daily joy and contentment
[00:26:52] Will feel anxious, anxiety
[00:26:54] Along with the sorrow of death
[00:26:56] Anyone who loves Christ, church
[00:26:59] Will often feel anxiety
[00:27:01] About the presence of sin
[00:27:03] And complacency among the members
[00:27:05] Or the decision that the leaders are making
[00:27:08] And temptations and the persecutions
[00:27:10] We are facing in the impact
[00:27:13] That this will have on generations to come
[00:27:16] Paul expressed his anxiety
[00:27:19] Over the well being of the church on many occasions
[00:27:22] In our desire to glorify God with our honesty
[00:27:26] And our diligence and our trustworthiness
[00:27:29] And our school and other work
[00:27:31] We will feel anxious to make good use
[00:27:34] Of our time
[00:27:36] Their children in the home
[00:27:38] To do our job well at work
[00:27:42] Anyone who wants to be holy
[00:27:44] Will feel anxiety about the consequences of mistakes
[00:27:47] And failings and sins
[00:27:50] And so as we encounter this anxiety
[00:27:56] Over and over again
[00:27:58] Because of our love for the Lord
[00:28:00] And our calling
[00:28:01] We ask what do we do
[00:28:06] How does God help us to respond
[00:28:08] To this anxiety
[00:28:09] When we continually turn to Him like the solmester
[00:28:13] Like Paul
[00:28:16] The Lord reminds us of who He is
[00:28:19] A heavenly Father
[00:28:22] Sovereign King over all creation
[00:28:25] We're worried about the church
[00:28:27] How do we come for one another
[00:28:29] We say the church is the work of God
[00:28:31] It's in His hands
[00:28:33] It's His grace
[00:28:35] And if you think about our children
[00:28:37] We think God gave us those children
[00:28:40] He's holding them in our hands
[00:28:43] He is wise, He knows
[00:28:45] He can preserve them
[00:28:48] We're able to ourselves
[00:28:52] We can remember that He knows us better than we know ourselves
[00:28:56] Even knows about the hairs on our head
[00:28:59] His expectations of you are realistic
[00:29:03] Jesus said my burden is light
[00:29:06] The encircle is us to remember the promises that He has given to us
[00:29:11] And to our children
[00:29:13] Now He has shown that we have a place in His plan and His purpose
[00:29:18] He has shown us His Son who took on our flesh
[00:29:22] So that we might live forever in God's presence
[00:29:27] Remember, you could trust Him
[00:29:30] To preserve His children in hardships
[00:29:35] To faithfully guide us
[00:29:37] And are daily calling by His spirit
[00:29:40] Through His Word
[00:29:42] And we cry out to Him in our anxiety over and over
[00:29:47] We hear His words
[00:29:49] He says, You do not belong to yourself
[00:29:52] You belong to Me
[00:29:55] When we feel the anxiety
[00:29:59] We hear the words of comfort
[00:30:01] And we respond by saying thank you
[00:30:04] Giving our lives and thanksgiving
[00:30:10] Because God comforts us
[00:30:13] And then He sets us back on our feet again
[00:30:16] And He gives the hug, He says the words
[00:30:22] We get off His lap and we continue to seek to glorify Him
[00:30:28] The anxiety stopped us for a while
[00:30:32] Also is replaced with the comfort of that embrace
[00:30:36] Of God Almighty
[00:30:39] And so we run on with our tasks in the world
[00:30:45] Pray in God may bless us with His peace
[00:30:49] In our calling Amen
